Color of urine changes for my son

My son is one and half year old,
yesterday i noticed that when my son urinates in the morning the color of his urine is red color, but after that the color of his urine fades a bit from the red color that was seen in the morning

On that day he ate Rice and Beetroot for lunch and chapathi for Dinner
