I have always heard that if the little villa in the fallopian tubes are damaged in any way the egg will not come down as it should. This either produces no pregnancy or an etopic one. The surgury cost quite a bit. My tubes are blocked. I went for IVF. It is not bad. My only issue is that I am now also 40. I would just do IVF.
