Discolored stool

My 22 month old son has had very light yellow feces (almost white) for the past two days although he only had two bowel movements since yesturday afternoon. There appears to be very small specks of pink in his feces to. Last week two weekends ago his entire body broke out in hivesespecially on his stomach and genital areas. it has gone down almost completely, but now he has the dicoloration in his stools. During the week of his rash, I took him to the clinic, they gave him some two kinds of ointment to mix together for his genital area and some benedryl. He also had a small fever at the time. Can you pleaes tell me if I should be worried.
