feeling crud tonight

im feeling **** tonight, been havin mild cramp all day on my left hand side witch is puzzling me it's not become unbareable so think i'll hold on at home unless i really need to but will give the doctor's a call tomorrow...
I hope it's just the scar tisue flaring up from my previous ectopic and not somthing worse as the hospital keep teling me not to get my hope's built up yet as the can maybe see a gestation sac but there not 100%..... Why cant they just tell you what they do or rather dont see???
