Your signs aand symptoms suggest these to be genital warts, although it is not possible to arrive at a conclusive diagnosis without looking at the lesions. Genital warts are caused by human palilloma virus (HPV). These are sexually transmitted through through direct skin-to-skin contact during oral, genital, or anal sex with an infected partner. These warts may disappear without treatment sometimes, but most cases require some treatment. They can be treated with medications like imiquimod cream and podofilox cream. However, more reliable procedures are cryotherapy, electrocautery, and laser therapy. This treatment generally removes the genital warts, but not the HPV virus, which is cleared by the immune cells of the body within a year or so. In the meanwhile, male genital warts can recur and require additional treatment.
Please consult your physician at the earliest for an optimum diagnosis and treatment.
