I envy the energy of one's youth, however, we all have the same physical make up that is susceptible to injury, and the natural wear and tear. For your level of athleticism, it is not uncommon for you to have spine injuries due to the usual wear of the spine joints and the bones themselves. There can be impinged nerves or muscles in that area causing the pain. Your doctor can request imaging studies especially MRI to evaluate the spine properly. I suggest you have this examined by your sports physician and also by a physical therapist to correct any problem before it gets out of hand.
Regards and God bless.
