Confusion & not confident

I have involved in high risk activity last year same time. Since them i have under gone ELISA tests 4 times. Recent test last month- i have not involved in high risk activity since last year.
I have left groin/testicles pain. Please suggest. I am still not clear about the status. I am going through great pressure. I got an employment offer in UAE, where HIV + are not allowed residency visa
Please help
