Irregular period after delivery

I have a four month old girl. My period started 14 weeks after birth. That was Aril 1 and I still haven't had my next period. I've had sex four times with a condom, and was wondering if some periods are irregular after giving birth or if I might be pregnant again? I have one more problem. I have a pain in vagina after passing urine. it lasts for a few minutes. is it any kind of infection?. My friends adivsed me to have a lot of water. Expecting ur valuable reply.

It took me exactly 2 months to have a period after giving birth to my daughter. She was born Dec 17, and had my period Feb 16. But after that, i've been like clock work. Next period was Mar 21, then April 22. So it's all relatively close. Your body may be a little off after having a baby, and it takes time for your body to get back to normal. Having a baby is a big deal on your body! As for infection, i got a REALLY bad yeast infection after giving birth. Maybe just call your gyn and set up an appmt to see what's going on. Your probably not pregnant, i think your body's just trying to get back into the swing of things. Good luck!
