You definitely NEED to go to the ER....I understand what they said and did last time, but you have to put that out of your mind and GO.....
You never know what could be happening to your body, and it's better to be safe than sorry, right?
Please take care of yourself, and let us know what happens...
Sending you hugs and prayers!

That said, I would expect that tests from two weeks ago would have had results by now, and I would hope that if there was something on there that needed immediate attention your neurologist would have called you. Otherwise, he/she figured on just waiting to tell you at your next appointment, which I hope you've scheduled.
When I have an MRI, a doctor that I never see reads it and writes a one-page report. My neurologist then sees both the MRI and the paper and, knowing my previous condition, can determine whether I need new/changed treatment. My point is, even if your neurologist hasn't looked at it yet, you might have some report on your condition, and they should be able to give you a copy even if the neurologist can't see you for a couple of days. Mine are in medicalese, of course, but I can get a general idea of what he found.
In the meantime, clear your schedule as much as you can, and take it easy.
