to extract or not to...

I have 6 top teeth left in the front and the rest have all been taken out over the years. Dentist now says I need 3 root canals and crowns because of pain and new cavities. I can't afford thousands of dollars for repairs which he can't guarantee will work properly. Everytime I have something done at the dentist it seems to go wrong. Had a simple filling recvently and now have an absess. I need partial dentures top and bottom also, and an option is to have the top 6 teeth out and a full denture. I've never had any operations and have heart rythum problems and chronis sinus inflamation. Also panic attacks. Can anybody relate to something similar and advise me? I don't really want to lose the teeth but I'm in pain all the time and i'm fed up with it!!
