Strange Visual Symptom

There is one that I find interesting. When I move my head or my body from left to right or right to left light shows up from nowhere even in a totally dark room. The faster I move the more intense light gets.
Any clue what can be causing this?

Where does it appear? Like is it a small ball right in front of your or is like the whole room lit up so you can see everything in it? How long does the light last?

Now it's not so present in the middle of my vision it's more like a flickering on the sides. And the room is not lit up. It's white and is like a layer on top of the normal vision. It usually disappears as fast as I stop moving my head/body but it can flicker across the vision afterwards sometimes, quite rare. If I move my head up and down it's at the top and bottom in the vision. I have also discovered that the same thing happens if I just move my eye.
