What are your thoughts on the master cleanse? Do feel it is an easy way to regain energy? A chance to jumpstart healthy eating?

I do not suggest the colon cleanse due to the possible medical hurt they may cause. Our bodies do release waste after less than 24 hours of what we eat from the day before. Our bodies are very unique and can adapt very quickly. If you start to eat healthy the body responds quickly, you have energy, and feel better.
