chronic upper back pain with radiation

Hi! I have exhausted my search for an answer to the gouging back pain I have in my upper back. I am a 42y/o female. The pain started about 7 months ago. It feels like deep gouging on either side of my upper spine and it rediates to my chest and left arm. I have had a complete heart workup, CT of abd, MRIs of abd ,ultrasounds etc. The only thing I have had of my back is an x-ray when I went to a chiropractor. I did have an EGD which showed mild esophagitis with reflux. I am on a PPI for that. I originally thought my back pain was coming from the esophagitis but I continue to have the pain in spite of the PPI. The pain comes and goes and may last from one day to two weeks. It doesn't seem to be related to anything. I have tried heat, ice, pain meds, even a steroid for costochondritis(didn't work). My question is: Do you think something could have happened during a chiro visit and if so what can or should I do to get some relief? Are there physicians who specialize in this type of pain? Do I need some kind of testing? Please give me your opinion. I am not faking this pain. Thanks.

1,check your neck and T1/T2,is it sensitive?
2,if so,medical acupuncture in sensitive area.
3,find a high horizontal bar (sport use), hanging the body ( kind of exercise ), after a lot of  time exercise ,probably can relive this pain.
