It's time to check in ladies!

I thought it would be a great idea for all of us to check in with a daily countdown.  We've all come to the point where we can count in days instead of in weeks so the wait seems more realistic!  

How is everyone?  Any dialation, cervical changes, thinning out?

I'll start:  46days, 1cm, 60%effaced

I am doing great. I have 51 days and I don't know if I am dialiated or effaced. I am hoping to find that out at my next appointment.

OK so i have been to the midwife today and myself and my little man are doing great. Have no clue if i am dialated or effaced.

Have 56 days to go.

since i have scheduled my c-section i know exactly how many days i have now...  but i haven't been checked for any cervical changes yet.  maybe next visit???

i have 42 days to go until my c-section!!!!!!!  woo hoo!!!!!!!!

I have 59 day left to my due date but this is my 5th baby and have never made it that far,  first two born at 38 weeks third at 37 and last one at 35, but I,m hoping this one will stay put for a while yet.  I live in the uk and we dont have our cervix checked routinely so I have no idea whats going on "down there" except I feel heavy and like somethings gonna fall out lol.  Good luck to everyone

Hi everyone, i have 54 days left to my due date but really don't think i'll make it that long.  I have been having lots of contractions for long periods of time and i think i lost some of my mucus plug.  I just hope he can hang in there a little longer!  Other then that we are doing great and measuring right on time!

Well, I have 36d left!!!  And I hope to god that I don't make it that far!  I am a bridesmaid in a wedding on the 17th of this month, and the day after that the jumping jacks will be starting!!!  I told dh that I don't care if he's worried of poking the baby or not, we are doing it!!  I am not sure if I am dialated or not, I had my appt last week, and he didn't check me, I go back on the 12th, and then weekly after that!!  Hopefully he will check me at this next appt, as I am having a lot of bh and pressure down below!!

I have 40 days left - no clue on dialtion or effacement yet though - last time the doctor checked I was closed still....I go back next Wednesday (the 7th) - we'll see what if anything I find out then!

Hey ladies, I'm a little late to chime in here, but I have an apt. tomorrow to check dilation and effacement and if he's head-down. :) So I'll update again tomorrow, but I have only 27 days left!!!! :D I have a feeling he'll be here around the 20th though. Or 24th. Not sure why, but we'll see.

Hey gals,

I have little more than forty days left. I think. I was suppose to be induced on June 11th, but now they are unsure. If I am not induced the Cooper is due on the 16th. I have no idea about being dilated or effacement. All I know is that I have only gained 14 pounds and I praying that I only make it to 20!!

I have 27 days left as of May 5th.  I have a doctor's appt on the 7th, so hopefully I will find something out.  I can't wait til my lil one gets here!!  I'm not too sure if this means anything, but I have been feeling her rub or hit my cervix and it is the weirdest feeling ever.  I felt it before at 25 or so weeks.  I hope she's dropping and getting ready  =)

hi girls, i have 38 days left. omg i can't believe it! i have another doc appt. on the 8th. so hopefully something started to happen, we'll see. i'll post with any update on thursday.

25 days to go.....I should be induced on May 30....I have a feeling she'll be here before then.

My OB hasn't checked my cervix, but I hope he will at the next visit, May 16. I will be 3 days shy of 37 weeks........I hope he says I'm actually doing something. May 16 is my 3yrolds birthday and I have a feeling she will show up around his birthday....We'll see.

I have 32 days!  Wow- it will be here before we know it.  I had my strep test today but so far they haven't checked for position or dialation.  But as of today I start going every week so maybe next week they will check.

My due date is June 13th, I doubt I'll hold off until then. Something tells me he'll be here alot sooner than expected. I went on a maternity tour today, it was so boring I almost fell asleep. I kept getting Braxton Hicks contractions which actually hurt! My son has been real restless, and is in a head down position already. He has been gettin hiccups non stop for the past 3 days I hope thats normal. Starting next week I'll be going every week to my appointments!

p.s. Is it normal for my baby to have hiccups 3 days in a row?? They last him a while!

Yes my baby gets the hiccups 3-4 times a day, everyday!

51 days to go!!! I can't wait!  My doc had to perscribe me muscle relaxers so I can sleep at night.

My daughter has had the hiccups almost everyday for the last 2 weeks. I don't think it is an indicator of anything being wrong. It's soo funny, I can feel it down in my pelvic area and see it were her butt is pushing against my stomach.

I started weekly u/s last week. My next one is tomorrow.

Doc said on Tuesday that I'm "thinning out pretty well" and the baby's head is REAL low.. So .. :) we go in on Monday to check again and he said that we'd discuss if I want to be induced. [I don't know why!] But still only 1 cm dilated.. Only 16 days till my due date.. oh my gosh!

Found out yesterday day the baby's head is down in position.  My doctor is not going to start checking my cervix until around 38-39 weeks.  Strep test was normal so no antibiotics needed at delivery.  I'm glad about that.  23 more days until Due-Day!!  I think I've started having a few Braxton Hicks contractions but nothing major.
