23 month old urinates Heavy at night

by bkupsho, May 01, 2008 04:19PM
have a 23 month old son with a very complicated medical history. He has had so many tests and has been to so many doctors. I have 2 large binders that I have to keep his records in. I have told all his doctors that he may have 2 wet diapers during the day, but during the night, he soaks his clothes and the crib. I change him atleast twice during the night. The doctors are trying really hard to find answers to all of his problems, but we have not focused on the urology symptoms. I looked back through his tests and found that his BUN & creatine have always been high.
We have been told everything that you can think of that may be wrong with him including, cerebral palsy, metobolic disorder, leukemia, cystic fibrosis and mant more. He has an immune deficiency and has not responded to the immunizations. He also has a feeding tube due to swallowing issues, but we do not use it at this point.
We recently went to the dermatologist for some skin problems. He had a tan patch of skin on his lower back when he was born. The past 2 months it started growing around to his right side, then stopped. Then it started growing but it became white and has now grow around his abdomen. He has has a mole or something on his left side that also just came up. The dermatologist said that the one thing that he thinks of when he sees this is tuberous sclerosis. Which he said causes tumors on the organs. Should we be concerned about the urinating at night? He has been loosing weight and is currently negitive on the growth chart. I added photos of the skin conditions.
