B6 is not noramlly taken to increase CM, it's normally taken to increase your ProgesteroneProgesterone Serum progesterone levels and therefore, increase/improve your luteal phase. I took it for probably a year and yes, it did increase my luteal phase. But I don't know if it had any affects on my CM. If you want to increase your CM, try drinking grapefruit or pineapple juice (only up until you O). They worked wonders for my CM, especially the pineapple juice.

P.S. I noticed a bit of weight gain while taking the B6 and when I stopped taking it, the extra bloating and pounds dropped.
Good luck!
