It doesn't matter really - they both need to be tested and treated. Pointing the finger gets nowhere, and they both took a risk when they had unprotected sex.
Also, chlamydia isn't the clap - gonorrhea is.
And its considered yelling, and rude, on the internet when you type in all caps, and its hard to read.

Also, can you get this type of infection from smoking cigs or black and mild cigars after someone with it. I did not find anything about it in any sites I've read. I am pregnant and my fiancee' smokes with my brother I just want to be safe. That's not silly is it?!
