is there a better route than medications? i would prefer  to try diet change, environment. or does none of this work and meds are the only thing i can use to inprove his behavior and focus .. he only seems to have a problem during school hours.(adhd child)possible.. not sure

Research has shown that a diet really has any affect on the behavior of ADHD children. Treatment is behavioral methods and medications, if necessary.
