How many days after embryo transfer can i TEAST?

hi girls,can any tell me what is the least time for test result to appear,iam 7DPET now&still my BPT after another week but if i test by now or tomorrow will it show anything or i have to wait the whole boring week waiting,iam wondering what is the least time for the test result to b accurate?is there any symptoms or signs i can feel to know whether my little transfered embies r still holding on or not?

We chatted earlier this week...I had my FET the same day last week as you...I go in tomorrow for my first Beta test, and another on Sunday. Our clinic does a day 8 and 10 hcg test after transfer. Why is your clinic waiting so long? I have had such bad luck w/ pg tests that I swore them off years ago!!! (every time i took one AF would come the next day, so I feel like I always jinxed myself...so no more for me!) Wish I could tell you what to do...I am going to pass on the test and wait for the hcg test to confirm either way.
Good luck!! Do you feel any kind of symptoms? I am trying not to read into everything my body is doing...I know a lot can be side effects of the prog and estrogen I am taking...ugh!!! The wait is almost over, though!! :O) Again...good luck!

You've probably already told us this, but when was your retrieval? I'm asking that for two reasons. 1) An HCG trigger stays in your system for a certain amount of time, so if you test too early, you could get a false positive. 2) The earliest HPT I've seen on here in a normal cycle was 9dpo, but most have to wait until 12 dpo or longer, so in your case I would think the equivalent to "dpo" would be the days following egg retrieval and fertilization.

andykk: then we r in same boat,irealy don't know why my clinic makes me wait all this,they said 1st time to check BPT is after 14 days of ET ,it is qualitative test not quantitative,as i understand from u&many girls in here they make it quantitative&make it 3 times,idon't know why,do u know why is this test repeated?&how many times to repeat it?at what times?
i too still don't feel any pregnancy symptoms,nothing,as u said all i feel can't b taken as difinit pregnancy symptoms just my body drug side effects as i think
by the way in the last months my body made like u,AF never show up except when i make test &comes negative,as if i am holding it&when i know iam not pregnant i leave her to fall,good luck&baby dust for both of us&keep me updated with your 1st beta test,good luck.

Our clinic tests at day 8 and 10 post transfer to ck for pregnancy, and to ck to make sure the levels are rising like they should (should double in the 48 hrs between) then we actually do weekly hcg tests until the u/s at 6 wks just to keep track of the hcg levels and that they are up, up, uping! My last pg ended in m/c and it was a true sign from my hcg levels...they didn't increase the way they should, so they kept testing over and over...every 2-3 days. They really keep an eye on that number that it is going up. I will find out Sunday, though, and let you know. I had my first b/d today, so the clinic does know, but won't tell me until they can compare the two b/d's. Of course, each and every b/d I have to pay for (about 80$...so way more than a hpt!!!) but way worth it to me. Like I said...hpt and me...don't get a long!!!

thanks a bunch for the useful information about tests,iwas realy confused coz i read in here many about testing quantitatively for many times as u said but i realy don't know why my RE said i 'll test after 14days of transfer&qualitatively(normal BPT without quantity of HCG)don't know why,waiting is killing me,iam now 11days post ET,&by my RE i'll test next thursday morning,iam thinking about making BPT sooner in any other lab as i realy need to know where iam standing¬ to hang hopes on illusions,what do u think?&do u think HPT can show after 11 days or won't b sure?what's your advice?
