Subcortical white matter

Hi wondering as be mri report: Scattered areas of T2 high signal intensity are noted in the subcortical white matter with a frontl lobe predominance? What does that mean?

Now they have to get together to set up my surgery date. I just want to get started on this long journey that's exactly what they called it.
