Tingling numbing prickling sensations

Anyone experience tingling, numbing and prickling sensations in both feet?  Tingling in hands and numbing on right side of face?  Sensations can worsen under stress.

I get tingling from my small fingers , along the outer edge of my hands and the outer edge of both feet , beginning at the little toe .
After all the tests known to man , a very good neurologist diagnosed ;
"Alchohol attacks the sensory nerves in my extremities ."
Since this was news and , since I very much enjoy one or two bottles of beer daily , this was unwelcome news . As a test ,  I stopped all alchohol for 3 months & tingling was gone . Since it seems so easy to get rid of , I resumed a daily beer , but no more . The mild tingling is there but not a problem . Never had a problem on my face tho .
Good Luck ,,,,,,,,,,,,Hiker480

I get pain down into both feet as well, left more than right usually, As I am left handed., It hurts really bad most of the time, its extreme pain like constant radiating pain, sometimes stabbing into the toes, and feels like spiders in the toes when trying to walk, also my left foot on the bottom felt like i was walking on rocks.  I hurt my back last yr. and this is what happened???, I also had swelling in my calfs and ankles and feet, but the swelling has gotten alot better, I dont know if the medication is doing that, or I had 3 spinal epidurals done, and trigger point injections in my back, they actually felt good for a few days...apparently, i have herniated discs in the lower region, one is protruding on a nerve going down the forminal canal?, and my facet joints are rubbing bone to bone which makes it hard to sit, hard to walk, stand, etc....now they tell me secondary problem may be RSD Chronic Pain Syndrome :(, NOT GOOD....But I feel your pain seriously, oh and to top it all off I have 6 herniated discs in my neck!!!, not good for 41...
