beginning 2007 I began to breakout out of nowhere and it came as a bit of surprise seeing as how I've never broken out as a teen. I'm 22 right now and the breakouts started when I got with my boyfriend. Could it be because of hormonal problems? Besides that I've been going to the dermatologist and I got a prescription for hydroquinone USP 4% to bleach all my dark acne scars but it I've used it for more than 3 months and it's not showing any signs of improvement. I don't know what to do with myself, I'm eating good, excercising, washing my face and I try not to touch my face but the breakouts are not stopping and i'm feeling self conscious from my acne spots. Is there anything else I can take or should I just go in for fraxel laser rejuvenation? I've also tried treatments at the store and nothing seems to work.

You need professional advise about treatment options.  There are various options ranging from laser therapy to peels that could be useful.
