Your Free T4 is probably high, which would confirm the TSH result, but it is hard to say without posting the lab range used.
Your cholesterol is a little high, but don't let them give you cholesterol meds until the thyroid thing is looked into.
Have no clue on the others.
You need to have your thyroid looked at and treated.
Maybe this website will help with the other tests.
