Ischemia

What does it mean if my diagnosis is(anterlateral ischemia) as my  Dr. says I am fine and no follow up needed, where as before in another city was seen regularrly by cardiologists, also have mitral valve prolapse #3.

Anterolateral is a location (in front and to one side) and ischemia means lack of blood flow.  Ischemia is almost always due to some blockage (plague) of a coronary vessel.  Because there is no follow up or treatment recommended, the blockage is not considered significant.
