Chronic open wounds following breast reduction surgery can take a significant time to heal.  They can be the result of fat necrosis (dead fat) with secondary infection, poor blood supply to the area, or stitch absesses.  If you smoke, this can also lead to poor healing.  The chronic morphine use is of concern.  These area do heal with time.  Careful follow-up with your plastic surgeon is important.
