You advised me that the itchy face was the result of my soft tissue injury. Could you please comment as to the treatment/cure for this type of injury.

Check your neck and occipital bone area to identify sensitive soft tissue , use medical acupuncture methods,  after a period of treatment, symptoms could be reduced and probably disappear.But it's important for treatment to find a reputable practitiner in your area.
