As your thyroid function tests show that your hormone levels are well maintained, dry skin should be managed by frequent application of moisturizers. Moisturizing the skin and avoiding any direct exposure to heat and extreme cold may also be necessary.
Use moisturizers that are light and those which contain natural ingredients like vitamin E. Make sure that there are no open wounds on the skin prior to applying anything. Do not scrub or scratch the skin as dry skin is fragile and may easily get injured.
