atypical chest pain

i am 30 years old, male.  for 6 months i've head a heavy feeling in the center of my chest about 60% of the time.  i have also been having some periods of feeling breathless that is not necessarily related to exercise, but can be.   i have also developed along with this, PVC's especially post exercise.   I have attacks of nausea and severe lightheadedness.    Sometimes I get this burning, sinking, weak feeling in my chest that spreads into my shoulders and arms.  it doesn't feel like heartburn.      But having said that, for some reason, I have been waking up sometimes choking on stomach acid, and with acid in my mouth, which is unusual for me.   And, although I'm not diabetic (at least I don't think so), I've noticed some funny changes in my glucose levels...waking up with glucose slightly over 100,   it being 130 six hours after I eat or drink...things like that.

I have had a normal stress test, echo, upper gi showed small hiatel hernia and mild reflux, and chest xray was normal.      The reflux theory would be more acceptable for me if not for the definate new onset of PVC's along with the chest heaviness etc..  But, it is difficult for me to accept this as anything but cardiac due to the palpitations which happen in the same area as the heaviness in my chest.    Can you please help.

Previously answered and in the presence of a normal heart PVC's are benign but they may cause you to have symptoms from them.  If you are not comfortable with your doctor's opinion you should get a second opinion.
