Changes after menstruation "regular" for years???

Hi, New here. I'm asking for thoughts on changes in menstrual cycle, after having been regular for over ten years. I'm 29y/o and have always been four days, slight back ache and that's it. But for the past four months, it's been early by a few days ranging all the way to 12 days early. It lasts now from four days to 9 days. Abdominal cramping to the point that I had to take a day off of work this month. Lower back pain to the point that I'm wearing my back brace all of the time now (back brace is for a past injury to lumbar vertera.) about a week after I finish, I am passing large, nickle to quarter sized, black clots for over a week afterwords. And at all times, not just when using the bathroom. I have no children and i am not on birth control. I hope I gave enough info to help you give me some advice. What is going on with me? And do I need to shut up and get the feet in the stirrups?? thank you
