I have been seeing a nutritionist for a few months and have changed my diet significantly, but I still struggle with exercise. I have a bad immune system and sinus problems and am almost always sick. I need an idea on how to make exercise fun, so that I would rather exercise, than sleep, like I usually do. I have tried everything from riding my bike (with is okay, but not all that enjoyable in the Texas heat), to joining a gym. I really want to lose the weight that I need to lose, but it is hard. Any ideas?

You need to do activities that are fun and you are doing physical movement so it is like exercising. Dancing and jazzercise are fun and you are burning calories doing them. Swimming games and swimming dancing or exercising are again fun and burning calories. Join a bowling league or any type of sport. Maybe do yoga where you learn to stretch your muscles and tone up your body at the same time. Walking is also the best form of exercise and you can simply do that by increase your walking to 1/2 hour a day. That 1/2-hour can be broken up through the day, 10 minutes here and 20 minutes there. Hope this helped to give you some ideas.
