i  am in the medical field and had an eco preformed , it read borderline pulmonary hypertension  ,i am 26 and i am treated for high bld pressure for  about 5 months now, what is this?and what are some precautions i can take or things i need to watch for.

Remember that an echo gives an estimate of the pressures of the pulmonary artery. The most accurate results would be from a right heart catheterization. Pulmonary hypertension is high blood pressure in the arteries that supply the lungs, it isn't directly related to the pressure reading that you get from a cuff on your arm. Do you recall what the pressures were, also what did the doc think?

the doc said that it would be fine and thought it was ok,and they never realy told me my pressure readings
