Oral sex now I have ulcers!

Hello. I had oral sex (not for long) on a stripper a month ago. After 5 days I had red spots and a sore tooth, that went after a few days of using mouth wash. I went to the dentist and said everything was healthy. However, I have recently got another sore on the soft under tongue area, with a few little red spots. What is going on! Please someone give me some advice. It would help me put mind to rest. I am very stressed about the whole situation!

This isn't an std.  Perhaps you are having a reaction to the mouthwash, or whatever caused the sore tooth.

Thanks for that, I was worried about Syphilis or something, but the first bad tooth thing came 5 days after expose which is a bit quick! I do have a slight ache in the groin when I sit down (it could be abdomen though!) though, I worry so much it is embarrasing! It doesnt look like anything other than ulcer with red spots. I guess it could be stress related.
