Confused... Brain fog... Dizziness.

So awhile ago I was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism... I got the TSH leveled just right I am on the right medication... But I still feel the effects of being dizzy... fatigue... loss of concetration... starring... and sometimes when i stare long enough things look like they are moving... I consider my self not depressed I am a very happy person just stressed about some bills and what I am doing with my life being a 20 yr old college student... But I still have no explanation about this dizziness and lightheadedness... I am scared I am going to pass out somewhere or when I am driving... I had orthopedic blood pressures done and my BP is just fine... not diabetic or anything... But still dizzy... can this be a symptom of anxiety?

Yes, it could well be an anxiety equivalent, and may even be your prolonged reaction to having hypothyroidism.  But before you start seeking treatment for anxiety, check with your doctor about the hypothyroidism, because sometimes having the right blood levels doesn't always eliminate the symptoms.

My husband has the same symptoms for 7 years, just not the hyperthyroidism. Dizziness everyday, anxiety, stomach pains that make his dizziness worse, feels like he is in a day dream (but he is awake). He is an alcoholic, but is trying to quit right now. He is on paxil cr and klonopin. Do you have any suggestions for him.
