I am 22 and from wednesday i was very tense and woke thursday with a very bad pain in my right shoulder which i still have. The pain is the same if not getting worse. I am having shooting pains and dull aches even when im not moving it. It is very stiff and very limited to movement. I have been taking ibuprofen and ibuprofen gel but the muscle at my neck is rock hard and very tense.

Do you have any neck problem history? If so,see orthopaedic doctor to get diagnosis,then alternative medicine can help.Don't worry!

I dont have a history of neck problems the only thing i have done is slightly torn a muscle in my left shoulder a few years back but nothing with my right shoulder.
