My daughter is skinny and getting skinnier. She has been seen/tested by a pediatric gastroenterologist who thinks she's just a late bloomer. After a great deal of blood testing, a colonoscopy and an endoscopy, we know that she doesn't have Celiacs or Crohn's. Her intestines are beautiful.  She often has diarrhea. She is lactose intolerant. She seems to eat less and less all the time. She's all bones. She's not anorexic in that she likes the idea of food and isn't concerned about body image. She gets full very quickly - she picks, even at things she really likes. She and her fraternal twin sister were adopted from Russia at age 6.5. They have a history of severe abuse and impoverishment. By the way, at age 6.5, the girls were only about 3 # apart. Now they're about 30 # apart. Any ideas as to where else we can turn?

She is very underweight from what you stated. Recommend you ask your question in the Children Behavior forum. They would be able to help you.
