After having a 9cm ovarian cyst removed on my left ovary Feb, 07, my periods are 10 days heavy bleeding and week off and I start again

I had 9cm left ovarian cyst removed Feb 26, 07, and ever since my periods have gotten worse. I am bleeding for 8 to 10 day straight heavy bleeding. I may have 7 to 9 days of no bleeding and it starts again. The cyst that was removed was begign(sp?). They also said I have a spot on my cervix that the doctor still never has given me clarity on and I have a new cyst on my right ovary.
I also have had 5 miscarriages, and I was told I would never carry to full term, but I had my miracle child, premature but healthy and happy! Also , my mother had uterine cancer when she was 25 yrs old, did a partial hysterectomy, and is 60 now, and we are waiting to find out if she has ovarian cancer due to a recent ultrasound and sonagram. But my concern is that my Dr's keep dismissing all my concerns. I do not know what to do and I just need some advice.
I feel like I am not getting proper treatment is because I have no insurance at this time and being a victim of a violent assult, I cannot work due to the injuries I sufffered, so I have to go thru the city medical program, not even medicade, because my daughter was born in Canada and I have to get her birth reported abroad. I know I am going on and on. It is just I feel I am in danger and no one cares and I am scared.

Have you ever had a uterine biopsy? Sometimes polyps in the uterus can mess up a womans menstral cycle.Also the spot on your cervix needs to be addressed. Have your pap smears been normal? Why did they say you will never be able to carry a baby full term? What other conditions do you have? Are you in the States or in Canada? I don't know alot about the health care system in Canada if that is the case, but there are alot of women on here that do...Try and hang in there, and I hope you are feeling better.
