Please do not take anything with aspartame in it, look it up it can mess your body up. Use splenda.

Stevia or Xylitol. Both natural sweeteners from plants, google it. Artificial Splenda is sucralose and it contains chlorine. No matter what they say, I would avoid it. It is currently even suspected to promote weight gain. Stick with nature.
