17 month baby has rotten teeth

I suspect my babyBabies and heat rashes
Baby feeding patterns inner teethBroken or knocked out tooth
Dental care - adult
Dental x-rays
Development of baby teeth
Development of permanent teeth
Plaque and tartar on teeth
Teething
Teething symptoms
Toothaches has cavities, which I spotBirthmarks - pigmented
Liver spots
Measles, koplik spots - close-up
Mongolian blue spots a blackBlack cohosh
Black draught
Black haw spotBirthmarks - pigmented
Liver spots
Measles, koplik spots - close-up
Mongolian blue spots on it today. How do I ensure it? Is it possible to have cavity in this early age? What should I do?
