Hi i'am  37yrs old with major brest pain. I've ha a ultrasound and a mamgram and they both came back negative. Wich is good. But my doctor still doesn't know what's wrong with me. I'am having  a lot of pain in my right brest. I'am not having any dischrage. I have to wear my bra all the time even to bed. I'am not pregnet(thank god). At first m y doctor said that my milk glands  were all infected and inflamed so he has me on a antibiotic called clindamtcin for ten days(4x's a day). My brest doesn't feel as tender but still really hurt. I just dont know what to do from here hoping you can help. Hate having pain all the time.

I suggest that you speak with your doctor if the pain has not improved. I usually refer my patients with a breast problem to a surgeon who specializes in taking care of patients with breast problems or breast cancer.
