UTI? Tried everything and still have it.

I'm a 24 year old female who has never been sexually active and is in good health, minus my current problem.  I think I have a UTI.  I tried drinking cranberry juice, baking soda water, eating alkaline foods, etc. to get rid of it. I took an at-home yeast infection test just to see if that was OK, and my pH came back normal.

When it didn't go away, I went to a clinic and got negative results from the UTI test. They did a wet mount of vaginal mucus and told me they would have thought I had gonorrhea or chlamydia from the way it looked if I hadn't already informed them that I was a virgin!  They did however suspect I had a UTI and I and got put on Cipro for a week.  This seemed to to the trick 95% of the way.

I can pee pretty normally, but it still stings at least once a day when I pee.  I'm aggravated because I don't know what to do next, and hell, I'm not even sure what I have.  I hurts on the left side inside my vagina, and this sort of stings when I pee too.  I guess I hurt myself up there.  Could I have a combo infection?  Do I have a particularly nasty infection that requires more than a week of antibiotics?  I went on Bacctrum this past Thanksgiving the last time I had a UTI, and this drug seemed to do the trick.  Heeeelp!
