Hungry but unable to eat due to nausea

by iflihi, May 04, 2008 07:41PM
I currently suffer from post concussion syndrome and my pain medications make me have a very small appetite. Though for the past few weeks I have been making sure I have been eating a well balanced diet and 3 meals a day. Though the past 5 days or so, I have unable to keep this up. I have no desire to eat what so ever, before I used to eat up to 5 full meals a day as well as numerous snacks. Also when I do try to eat I feel so nauseous that I cant stomach any of the food. All I can manage to eat is toast, but at this point I am sick of toast. Any suggestions of what to eat? Or what I should be doing?

Try taking ginger.  It takes away nausea.  You should be able to get it at any natural store.
