In brachial neuritis, physical therapy can be done to maintain full range of motion in the shoulder . Passive range of motion and active range of motion exercises and strengthening of the rotator cuff muscles and scapular stabilization can be helpful. Passive modalities (eg, heat, cold, transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation may help in relieving the pain. You should also consult a occupational therapist.
You can continue your medication along with the exercises.
