Very Scared, High risk or not?

Last year I had an sexual encounter with a girlfriend. She was always coughing and sick so this is why I am worried she might be HIV positive. She gave me oral sex quite a few times. I also fingered her.
But we decided to have vaginal sex 2 times in the same day. Both times I use latex condoms and neither time they broke. She bled a bit the first time, she said it was because she was a virgin but I am not sure. She lied a lot.
I think I was careful taking the condom off, but I am not sure if I was enough since there was blood. But it never broke, and I don't recall any blood getting on my penis.
Now I am having reoccuring sinusitis and I am not sure if it's allergies or HIV. Around 2 weeks after our encounter I had a sore throat and cold and such. But I think it might have been just a cold and I am a hypochondriac.
Am I at high risk contracting HIV from her if she was positive?

No you are not, you had protected sex and your condom remain intact throughout. Move on

Thanks. I worried so much. But I will move on and forget the HIV test, my CBC came back normal now so I guess all the stuff I am having right now is allergies
