Help with C Spine and Lumbar

Would C Spine issues cause alot of neck inflamation feelings, taste problems, arms go numb when a certain way and I also have chronic right leg, buttuck and lower back problens, also issue with ddd,stenosis and facet disease in lumbar, which one is causing what? I am als overy fatigue all the times my mouth just feels wierd and alot of things taste strange, I am getting a copy of my reports so I can list what it actually says.
