i need medical help

I can't stop lying.Since the yaer 2004 i havebeen lying to each and everyone.i have lying to my parents,my girl fried and my friends.Whenever i encounter a problem i start lying to everyone.I promised so many times to my girlfriend and my parents that i wont lie anymore but still its the same.Because of this today i am in a mess,everything in my life has gone wrong now.I feel like commiting suicide.I lack confidence.I am located in New delhi India and i think i need medical help.

Perhaps you do need medical help. It seems to ba about self-esteem. I used to do that until I turned it around and realized how well I felt when I told the truth.
