Hi Hurberteue, how are you doing? Since when you are facing this problem and do you see it gradually progress or it is the same over a period? Are you a diabetic or have any other chronic illness for which you are taking any medication on long-term basis? Do check your blood sugar and blood pressure. It is better to get an electromyogram and nerve conduction study and get evaluated by a neurologist. Take Neurobion injections on alternate days for the week. You can also try few sessions of physical and massage therapy for a couple of weeks. Take care and share your thoughts.

Hi Hurberteue, how are you doing? Also do you have backache bothering you for long time? Do you remember of having any injury to back? Nerve impingement can cause the same symptoms. Continue daily massage and apply hot fomentation 2-3 times a day. Keep physically active by doing regular stretches, morning-evening walk. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Do consult the neurologist and update on the advice. Take care.
