Most of the "nose jobs" or rhinoplasty surgeries in US will cost you around $4000-$12000. However, there are some countries who can do the operation in a cheaper cost and will even provide you with a vacation package. A very close friend of mine went to Argentina and spent less than $3000 and she had a 2-week vacation there. She went sight seeing and her nose job was fantastic.
