Hello, My history is complex but will try and make it short and easy.I Had active TB @19 and was treated.Had toxoplasmosis that reactivated 3 times but not in the last 12 years. It caused legal blindness in right eye.I have PKD and starting to have some bouts of elevated BP.My kidneys are both full and 2X the size of norm. Both functioning to my knowledge. Was diagnosed with Hep C in 2005 after complaining for 5 years of pain.Found out through biopsy that I have cirrhosis, stage 4 grade 2. Treatment has been successful. I treated for 1 year.Have joint pain and taking plaqunil. It stopped my finger pain.Still have alot of pain in my neck, jaw, shoulders muscles,& top of my head. Memory is bad, like almost blackout bad.Am tired and worn out.Am not depressed & usually have the desire to do things but aches don't allow me.Tearing vaginally right at the perdeum?.Uterus removed.Had prolapse & am A- w/antibodies which made another baby too risky (2 healthy one besides PKD).I have somewhat deep pain w/intercourse no matter what position we do. With all that, sexual desire is almost nill.I have tried all the tricks, ex. lube, moisturizer, inserting half soft.My hair has thinned alot in the last 7-10 years. It is as fine as babies.Nails are bendable and ridgey. I need to post 2nd page following next.

Consuming a diet moderate in fat would help the liver when on medication or not. The less fat in our digestive system, the less the liver has to work to break it down. Moderate fat diet means = use polyunsaturated (omega 3s, corn oil, nuts, etc) fats and monounsaturated (olive oil, canola oil, peanut oil, etc) fats, no saturated fats (high fat snack foods, butter, fat spreads) and no trans fats. Eat low fat meats (chicken, fish, loin of pork) or non-meat sources (soy products, nuts), low fat vegetarian combinations (rice & beans, pasta & beans, low fat cheese & pasta), substitute dairy products (low fat soy milk/soy yogurt), use plant oils, non trans-fat margarines, and eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. Eat daily high fiber breads and cereals (oatmeal).  Hope this helps you.

I eat good food & prefer whole grains to white. Don't drink pop or sugary drinks,a coffee in morning then mainly water all day. I eat red meat along with pork, fish, chicken.Take several of Andrew Lessmans vitamins.2 different liver vitamins, glucosimen?, primrose oil, hair, skin, & nails with N.A.C., CoQ10, and restorvel. They are all on the procapslab web.Feel my body is missing something.I know the liver is responsible for alot & so are the kidneys so I wonder if I am not getting something I need.I have a hard time believing I can feel like this and be nutritionally sound.I have been thinking about activated charcoal & clay.Do you think these may help? Is there anything I should not take or I should add I do not take E or A , I heard they are bad for cirrhosis. The vitamins I take can better be looked @ procapslab on the web. Any help? Thank you!
