Hi There,

I am not sure your suffering is related to ovarian cancer

what causes shortness of breath and chest pain will changes depending in your age. If your are 25, I think of very different things than if your are 65 years old.

in general causes include:
anxiety
smoking related lung injury
viral an bacterial infections
blood clots
inflammation of the ribs
cardiac issues
fluid in the lungs
if you feel that something is seriously wrong, , you should go to the emergency room

take care
