red marks after masturbation with new lube

I'm 15 and mastubate - about 2 hours ago i used a new lube and red marks have appeared on my foreskin? is it normal - have i just irrtated it or been too hard? I am worried because my parents do not know i masturbate and i wont be able to go to the doctor without telling them.
